If you are receiving a “Wrong Roll Type” Error Message on your printer, turning Template Mode off may resolve this.
1. Press the [Menu] button.
2. Use the [▲] and [▼] buttons to select Template Settings > Template Mode > Off in the settings menu. Press [OK].
3. Hopefully you will now be able to print.
