Auto Generated
An Auto Generated Visitor Type means that the badge number for a person signing in is automatically generated by VPass. This badge number can then be printed out for use by the visitor. To create such a Visitor Type click here.

Visitor Specified
A Visitor Specified Visitor Type means that the badge number for a person signing in is entered into the iPad by the visitor themselves. This badge number would most likely be on a badge given to them by reception. To create such a Visitor Type click here.

Registered
A Registered Visitor Type means that the access code for the person signing is already recorded on the Configuration > People page of the VPass admin. Most likely all those signing in have to do is to scan a QR-coded badge. This is ideal for staff or other regular visitors to your premises. To create such a Visitor Type click here.
