When you create a new admin person the account holder is automatically emailed an invitation for them to create a password and access their account. If this isn’t working (ie: most likely the email link has expired), have them do the following:
1. Go to the login screen and click Forgot Details.
2. Enter in their email address and follow the prompts to create their password.
