1. Go to the Dashboard (top bar menu).

2. Current visitors are listed here. They are today’s visitors only, with the most recent sign-ins at the top.

3. For visitors before today, who for whatever reason haven’t signed out are counted here. For the sake of accurate record keeping it is recommended that the red Close All button (4) is clicked at the end of each day.

Once this is done, these visitors are seen by VPass as having been signed out, even though they might have forgotten to do so before today. One big advantage of this is that the Emergency Report List (5) will be up to date.
