To help pinpoint the root cause of unexpected errors with the VPass App, you can use an internet enabled smart phone to set up a Wi-Fi hotspot separate from your Wi-Fi network.
Once the iPad is using the hotspot’s Wi-Fi network and you find you are able to use VPass, this would indicate the issue may relate to your Wi-Fi network.
